About the role

Dune Cafe is seeking a full‑time Waiter/Waitress to join its on‑site team in Erbil Governorate, Iraq. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering a high‑quality dining experience in line with the café’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve promptly.
• Ensure orders are correct and address any guest concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operation.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Experience in food & beverage service, emphasizing efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
