About the role

Kanidata is seeking a founding Sales Lead to launch and own the end‑to‑end sales process for its B2B data‑engineering services in the Iraq and UAE markets. You will build a repeatable sales motion from scratch, targeting enterprise clients and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain target lists of companies and decision‑makers in Iraq and the UAE.
  • Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email, manage follow‑ups and book discovery meetings.
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and send proposals using company pricing tiers and templates.
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth hand‑off to the delivery team.
  • Set up, configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, including pipeline stages, required fields and basic reporting.
  • Track weekly activity, conversion rates and forecast performance.

Required profile

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or consulting services.
  • Proven ability to sell consultative services and manage a full sales cycle.
  • Fluent English communication; Arabic or Kurdish is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with proactive outbound prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Self‑motivated to design sales scripts, templates and reporting processes.

What we offer

  • Base salary $900–$1,300 per month plus commission on cash collected.
  • Commission rates: 9 % for Iraq clients, 5 % for UAE clients, paid during the first two months of cash collection.
  • Potential bonuses for large deals and a clear growth path toward a Head of Sales role.
