Control Room Supervisor

About the role

AntonAnton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Control Room Supervisor to oversee production monitoring and ensure safe, efficient operations at its Maysan site in Iraq. The role involves coordinating with on‑site operators, managing emergency situations, and supervising control room staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production data and equipment operating conditions through the central control system to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Identify and promptly report abnormalities in major equipment operations to the Central Control Supervisor and Equipment Supervisor.
• Maintain close coordination and communication with on‑site operators to support smooth production activities and emergency response operations.
• Coordinate production operations during emergency situations to ensure operational safety and continuity.
• Supervise central control operators in collecting complete and accurate production and operational data.
• Ensure proper organization, archiving, and timely submission of production reports and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of oil, gas, and water production operations and processes.
• Familiarity with oil and gas surface gathering, transportation systems, and related production facilities.
• Understanding of control room operations, production monitoring systems, and operational procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a control room environment within the oil and gas industry.
