Architect – Full-time, On-site in Baghdad

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Architect to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis in Baghdad. You will play a key role in shaping architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to local regulations and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive architectural plans and construction drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using industry‑standard software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on‑site challenges.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions throughout projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Iraqi building codes, construction materials, and sustainable architecture practices.
• Project management abilities, including task prioritization and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality design delivery.
• Previous professional experience in architecture or engineering design is preferred.
