Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our automotive showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them discover the perfect vehicle that matches their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and matching them with suitable cars.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, capabilities, and compare competitive models.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers for future sales opportunities.
• Maintain a customer database and communicate regularly with prospects.
• Assist customers in completing all required paperwork for successful sales processing.
• Record sales, inventory, and reporting data using our CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Help set up showroom displays and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
