Field Sales Representative - Appointment Management Software

About the role

Appoya is looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives to help businesses modernize the way they manage appointments. You will meet business owners face-to-face, demonstrate the software and help them subscribe. This is a field sales role, mostly visiting appointment-based businesses such as law firms, clinics, salons, barbershops and others.

Key responsibilities

• Visit businesses door-to-door to introduce Appoya.
• Demonstrate the software and explain its benefits and subscription plans.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activity.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel within the assigned area.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Base salary of approximately 450,000 IQD per month.

The hiring process is performance-based: all candidates start with a training period covering how the product works, how to present it, how to approach business owners and sales techniques, evaluated against predefined KPIs. Those who meet the KPIs receive an offer as a paid Sales Representative.
