Warehouse Keeper – Erbil

About the role

Saaeda is expanding its operations in Erbil and seeks a reliable Warehouse Keeper to manage daily warehouse activities. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper storage, and smooth flow of goods while adhering to company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming goods safely and according to quality standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using the system and manual logs; conduct regular stock counts.
• Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials based on approved requests and delivery schedules.
• Prepare warehouse reports, delivery notes, and stock movement documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met; keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Support company culture and perform additional duties related to warehouse operations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Keeper or in a similar role.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer use.
