Sales Support – Field Visits & Documentation

About the role

The Sales Support role provides operational and field assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and high customer satisfaction. You will combine on‑site visits with documentation management to promote alfanar’s electrical product range.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to under‑construction and finishing sites, presenting alfanar’s products to end users, electricians, and contractors.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Follow up assigned sites from foundation to completion, ensuring consistent engagement and progress tracking.
• Manage sales documentation, coordinate with internal departments, and support distributors as required.
• Distribute promotional materials and support community‑level advertising initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence on products, competitors, and construction activity during site visits.
• Provide periodic reports detailing task execution, deviations, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, field sales, or technical sales assistance.
• Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
