Sales Project Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

We are a fast‑growing construction materials and building solutions provider in Iraq, representing leading brands in waterproofing, insulation, flooring, protective coatings, and paints. We seek an experienced Sales Project Manager to identify, develop, and close construction projects from opportunity to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new construction projects and generate business opportunities.
• Visit sites and build strong relationships with owners, contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants.
• Assess project requirements and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: identification, quotation, negotiation, order processing, and project hand‑over.
• Coordinate closely with customers, contractors, applicators, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain a robust project pipeline and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Develop long‑term relationships with key industry players.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project sales, technical sales, or business development.
• Strong network of contractors, developers, project owners, engineers, architects, or consultants.
• Proven track record of winning projects and converting opportunities into sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluent English; Kurdish or Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
