About the role
The Sales Coordinator will support Talabat’s vendor network by improving productivity, handling customer queries, and optimizing communication and documentation processes. This role bridges sales, logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments on sales‑related logistics matters.
- Train and onboard new vendors, ensuring they understand platform tools.
- Resolve technical issues for vendors, including portal access and location settings.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain system stability.
- Provide partner support via email, phone and remote‑control sessions.
- Update records of closed vendors and manage quality accounts.
- Maintain accurate sales and prospecting activity logs, follow‑up actions and transmission method reports.
- Generate reports on training requests and vendor status.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of full‑time experience in a similar sales or vendor‑management role.
- Strong communication, customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working conditions.
