Recreation Attendant

About the role

We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated recreation professionals to join our health club team. As a Recreation Attendant you will ensure the pool and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests, while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the main and children’s swimming pools, sun lounges, pool deck, and all health‑club areas.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Set up pool furniture each morning and ensure it remains orderly during operation.
• Welcome guests to the facility, assist with tours for potential new members, and provide accurate information on pricing and services.
• Monitor changing rooms, removing litter, used towels, and other debris.
• Handle guest complaints by reporting them to supervisors immediately.
• Observe high standards of personal hygiene and safety.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational training in sports, leisure, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment is advantageous.
• Ability to swim proficiently.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors.
• Good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
