About the role
We are seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Erbil, focusing on Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering culinary excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Oversee preparation of Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes in a fine‑dining setting.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage kitchen staff efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail regarding quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑standard environments.
- Background in fine dining and Mediterranean or Lebanese cuisine is highly preferred.
