Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor joins a multi‑discipline Asset Operations Team to drive innovative exploitation of unconventional plays and mature oil and gas fields. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role focuses on optimizing daily production while controlling costs and ensuring safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement step‑change field exploitation methodologies using HAL technology and production expertise.
• Analyze production history, well files, decline‑curve and nodal analyses to estimate reserves and identify workover candidates.
• Select and deploy production technologies, including artificial lift systems, completion equipment, real‑time monitoring, waterflooding and enhanced recovery techniques.
• Perform daily field operations to optimize well behavior, water disposal, chemical injection and artificial lift performance.
• Evaluate equipment and procedural modifications for safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork with reservoir engineers, geologists and field personnel.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Undergraduate degree in geology, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of industry experience in oil and gas production.
