Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all inventory movements between warehouses, ensuring accurate tracking of sales orders, and overseeing the receiving and documentation of incoming deliveries. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, facilitating smooth operations across multiple locations, and supporting the overall efficiency of the inventory management system at the main office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses and track all transfer movements.
• Monitor sales orders during warehouse loading operations and verify loaded items match order specifications.
• Receive delivery receipts, enter delivery data into SAP, and convert sales orders to deliveries for the Finance department.
• Liaise between warehouses, inventory, and finance departments to resolve delivery discrepancies and processing issues.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP (training provided for fresh graduates).
• Strong Excel and data‑entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Kurdish and Arabic communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
