Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR department, shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the group’s objectives. This role ensures compliance, drives talent acquisition, and fosters a positive workplace culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the group’s overall HR strategy and develop local HR initiatives.
• Create action plans to support growth, address operational issues, and coordinate with all HR functions.
• Monitor compliance with local labour laws and internal KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to deliver seamless HR services.
• Oversee recruitment for key positions, collaborating with the recruitment team.
• Conduct regular visits to departments and shops to engage employees and promote company culture.
• Assist in preparing the HR annual budget and support project and event implementation.
• Develop and track operational metrics to evaluate departmental effectiveness.
• Resolve employee grievances in line with company policies.
• Produce regular HR reports and contribute to attraction and retention strategies, including career development and wellness programs.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the HR team to ensure high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7‑9 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR‑related software.
