About the role
The HRIS Junior Specialist will assist in the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s HR Information Systems. This entry‑level position focuses on ensuring data integrity and providing user support for key platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and the BIO attendance system.
Key responsibilities
- Support configuration and administration of HRIS platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors and the BIO attendance system.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular system audits.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot issues across HR digital tools.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system performance.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or 0‑2 years experience in HRIS or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to assist end‑users.
