About the role

The university is looking for a dynamic Event & Protocol Manager to lead the planning and execution of official events, VIP visits, and ceremonial functions. This role ensures that every institutional gathering reflects the university’s values, reputation, and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement the university’s official protocol manual and standards.
• Coordinate logistics for VIP delegations, distinguished guests, and diplomatic visits.
• Plan and oversee major institutional events such as commencements, celebrations, and official ceremonies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Guarantee that all events adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
