CTIPs Compliance Auditor

About the role

The CTIPs Compliance Auditor will ensure that Vectrus and its subcontractors maintain a zero‑tolerance culture for Trafficking in Persons (TIPs). Based in Balad, Iraq, the auditor will work closely with the CTIPs Supervisor to protect assets through audits, training, and regulatory enforcement.

Key responsibilities

• Apply international standards (e.g., C138, C182, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child) to assess compliance with US Public Law, FAR, and local regulations.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on human trafficking and forced labor issues.
• Review training materials, compliance plans, payroll records, financial statements, and program policies for adherence to applicable requirements.
• Respond within 24 hours to allegations, audit findings, or requests for investigation.
• Receive, track, and close allegations, information requests, and referrals.
• Assess productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of program operations and recommend internal‑control improvements.
• Identify non‑compliance, propose corrective actions, and support external auditors with logistics and information.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of international anti‑trafficking standards and US acquisition regulations.
• Experience conducting compliance audits and regulatory research.
• Ability to respond quickly to allegations and manage investigative processes.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating program performance and internal controls.
