About the role
Ayass Automotive is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join its customer‑service team in Baghdad. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support for both sales and after‑sales interactions within the luxury automotive segment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide customer support across sales and after‑sales services.
- Manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with service, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and service quality.
Required profile
- Previous experience in automotive companies or car dealerships (mandatory).
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and good command of Arabic; English is an advantage.
