Back-End Developer

About the role

RASEDI is a next‑generation payment aggregator platform operating across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. We are seeking a Back‑End Developer to design, build, and maintain the core services that power our secure, high‑performance payment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and services that support the payment ledger architecture.
• Integrate with external payment gateways, banking systems, and third‑party services.
• Ensure system security, reliability, and scalability for real‑time transaction processing.
• Optimize performance and manage databases to handle large transaction volumes.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers, product teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building secure, high‑performance backend systems.
• Strong attention to detail when handling financial data and transaction flows.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical challenges.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, agile development environment.
