Vendor Coordinator – Local Shops

About the role

The Vendor Coordinator will manage daily operations for the Local Shops vertical, ensuring partners succeed on the Talabat platform. You will act as the main point of contact for vendors, driving quality, performance and a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update partner inventory daily, including prices, new SKUs, promotions and catalogs.
• Provide administrative support to vendors and resolve issues using internal request tools.
• Implement and execute vendor promotions on the platform.
• Support vendors in adopting internal tools and technology to optimise order processing.
• Improve content quality across Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar vendor‑coordination or operations role.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic (Kurdish a plus).
• Logical and strategic thinking, high commitment to performance and continuous development.
• Organised, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate within a team.
