About the role
The Van Sales Supervisor will lead the van sales team responsible for premium technology accessories and related products across assigned territories in Iraq. This position ensures strong market coverage, maintains retail relationships, and drives sales and distribution targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the van sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Oversee field operations, including route planning, merchandising standards, and product availability at retail outlets.
- Monitor sales performance, stock movement, and market coverage, providing timely reports.
- Develop and expand the customer base while maintaining operational efficiency and high service standards.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and retail dynamics.
Required profile
- 4‑7 years of experience in van sales, field sales, or retail distribution within technology, mobile handset, or consumer electronics.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Iraq retail and distribution market is preferred.
- Valid driving licence.
