Treasury Accounting Manager

About the role

CCL Global is looking for a senior Treasury Accounting Manager to lead accounting and treasury operations for large‑scale projects in Iraq. This full‑time position will ensure financial integrity, liquidity, and operational continuity across complex, high‑volume environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and SOX internal controls.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, payments, banking relationships, and financing activities.
• Implement cash‑management strategies to optimize liquidity and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate financial audits and guarantee reporting compliance.
• Monitor and improve accounting systems (SAP) and reporting tools.
• Develop and mentor accounting and treasury teams while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 10–15 years of experience in accounting and treasury roles, preferably in international industrial or project‑driven settings.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong leadership, confidentiality, and analytical mindset.
