About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Agent to join our team in Sulaymaniyah. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help clients design and book their travel experiences, ensuring every detail meets their preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice.
• Manage reservations and arrange car rentals.
• Prepare and verify travel documentation such as visas and tickets.
• Promote and sell travel packages, deals, and ancillary services.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the booking process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in making reservations and handling travel arrangements.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of car‑rental services and ability to create customized itineraries.
• Sales aptitude with a track record of recommending and selling travel packages.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
