Territory Manager – Endo Surgery

About the role
Meril Life Sciences is seeking a Territory Manager for its Endo Surgery portfolio. The role will drive sales execution, market penetration and surgeon adoption across the assigned country, working closely with hospitals, distributors and internal teams to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets for the Endo Surgery portfolio and support institutional sales, tenders and large‑account opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating‑theatre staff, key opinion leaders, hospital procurement teams and distributors.
- Conduct regular hospital visits, provide case support, product demonstrations and identify growth opportunities in existing and new accounts.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure effective coverage, secondary sales, inventory management and provide training on product knowledge and compliance.
- Support new product launches, clinical workshops and in‑OT case support in partnership with Marketing and Clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market feedback while ensuring adherence to Meril’s sales processes and compliance guidelines.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in medical devices, surgical or healthcare sales.
- Hands‑on exposure to endoscopic, laparoscopic or medical‑capital products preferred.
- Experience working directly with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
- Graduate degree in medical, science, biomedical, sales or related discipline; relevant certifications in medical devices are a plus.
