Technical Business Analyst & Implementation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst & Implementation Coordinator to act as the bridge between our customers, primarily Iraqi government departments, and the development team. The role is based in Baghdad and requires on‑site presence to gather requirements, monitor project progress and ensure successful hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers to collect and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear documentation for developers.
• Coordinate with developers, track project milestones and follow up on progress.
• Support implementation activities, conduct training sessions and manage hand‑over to customers.
• Provide basic technical support when required.
• Assist in basic infrastructure and site assessments, including network, server and deployment readiness.

Required profile

• Based in Baghdad.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, technical support or system implementation.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of software systems, databases, networks, servers and hosting.
• Ability to work on‑site and attend customer meetings.
• Experience with government departments or large organisations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or a related field is preferred.
