About the role

Join Mustawfy Group’s retail team in Erbil as a Team Associate. You will be cross‑trained across customer service, merchandising, and digital order fulfillment to keep the store vibrant, well‑stocked, and ready for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

Provide fast, friendly checkout service and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain inventory flow from backroom to sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, priced correctly, and visually appealing.
Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for quick delivery or in‑store pickup.

Required profile

Positive, customer‑first attitude with ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Flexible to work dynamic shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
Previous retail or supermarket experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
