System Engineer – IT Systems Development & Automation

About the role

The System Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the company’s IT systems to ensure high performance, automation, and seamless integration with internal and external platforms. This role requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and develop software systems and internal procedures for reliable performance.
• Automate business processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Create, modify, and optimize reports and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Develop scripts and automation tools using Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Monitor system performance, ensure continuous operation, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Manage and secure databases (SQL, SSAS), guaranteeing data accuracy and accessibility.
• Implement and maintain API integrations for smooth system connectivity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in system engineering, database management, and system automation.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Team‑oriented mindset with adaptability to change.
