IT Operations & Coordination Specialist

About the role

FastPay, a payment app trusted by millions of Iraqis, is hiring a full-time IT Operations & Coordination Specialist based in Erbil. The role covers creating and maintaining IT documentation and coordinating IT-related activities across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain IT documentation, technical diagrams, workflows and procedures.
• Coordinate IT-related activities with other departments and ensure clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, capture key updates and track action items.
• Maintain Kanban boards and task management tools so priorities, progress and blockers are visible.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to support timely task completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation, workflows and team collaboration.

Required profile

• Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities, collaborate with different teams and follow through on commitments.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with documentation and diagramming tools.
• Basic understanding of IT operations and technical concepts.
• Interest in Agile practices, Kanban and task management tools such as Jira, Trello or Azure DevOps.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
