System Completion Lead

About the role

The System Completion Lead is responsible for overseeing the completion and commissioning of oil & gas facilities on‑site. This senior position requires extensive field experience and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead system completion and commissioning activities using OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS systems.
• Manage a team of 3‑5 engineers and technicians, ensuring effective transverse coordination.
• Execute brownfield facility modifications and upgrades while adhering to major operator standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Crystal Reports and SQL Server installations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a commissioning/completion leadership role.
• Proven on‑shore field site experience.
• Engineering degree (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
