Surface Facilities Project Supervisor

About the role

The Surface Facilities Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations of surface facilities projects, ensuring technical compliance, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field operations for surface facilities projects, verifying that contractor procedures meet technical requirements and schedule.
• Review design documentation, propose engineering adjustments, and conduct site visits before and during projects.
• Manage advance payments, contractor resource allocation, and safety conditions, stopping work when unsafe practices are observed.
• Coordinate site inspections by QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams and prepare periodic reports for upper management.
• Oversee activities at BIN-UMAR & SINDBAD stations, enforce HSE policies, drive innovative solutions, and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor key performance indicators, operate SAP/CMMS, and support plant improvements and emergency response.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in planning, design, and construction of surface facilities for oil fields.
• Preferably 10‑15 years of relevant oil & gas experience, recognized international qualifications, emergency response competence, and CMMS/SAP experience.
