Store Supervisor

About the role

Talabat is expanding its pioneering dark‑store concept, tMart, which delivers groceries within 30 minutes at hypermarket prices. We are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations of this fast‑growing cloud store across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities during assigned shifts, including inbound receiving, stocking, and pick‑and‑pack fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock takes, aligning stock levels with demand planning.
• Drive store performance metrics such as audit scores, preparation time, and overall operational efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
• Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards while adhering to company SOPs and attendance policies.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and collaborate with the Senior Store Supervisor to implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience working in supermarkets or similar retail environments.
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work hands‑on with various tools.
• Robust interpersonal and intercultural abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
