Store Manager – Retail Operations Lead

About the role

The Store Manager will lead one of Al‑Taawon’s retail branches, ensuring smooth daily operations, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets. This role combines staff leadership, inventory control, and visual merchandising to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and enforce company policies.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate store staff to meet performance standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment and ensure product availability.
• Plan and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and high satisfaction.
• Maintain store merchandising, cleanliness and visual display standards.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory and staff performance.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures and ensure safety and security.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Supply Chain departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a hypermarket environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales performance.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple responsibilities and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with POS systems.
