Sr. Specialist Retail Media Partnerships

About the role

Talabat is looking for a Senior Specialist Partnership Campaigns to join its team and grow its own grocery store, tMart, the region's first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq.

Key responsibilities

• Own the tMart country trade campaign strategy and calendar in line with the country commercial lead
• Plan, project manage and measure all tMart campaigns
• Work with Category and Grocery Marketing to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions
• Support management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns
• Set up media assets in the app, including campaign landing pages, banners and boosted SKUs
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to drive growth
• Coordinate between commercial and marketing teams on featured promotions and products
• Recommend and support new strategies to boost volume growth while keeping margins on target
• Analyze ongoing campaigns, track performance daily and manage budgets
• Run a competitive intelligence and market insights review, and use data analysis to suggest growth strategies
• Develop content with the Marketing team for brand awareness, sessions, new customers and orders
• Work with CRM and Performance teams to track campaign success and improve results

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in campaign management, marketing or category management within e-commerce, FMCG or grocery retailers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills; experience with data visualization software is a plus (Looker, Tableau)
