Speciality Outlet Chef – Italian

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Italian Specialty Outlet Chef to lead our outlet kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The role combines hands‑on cooking with team leadership and menu innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the outlet kitchen in preparing and presenting all dishes according to SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
• Monitor production standards to maintain the highest level of quality.
• Control food cost by overseeing inventory, portioning, and waste.
• Contribute to concept development and menu creation for special events, encouraging staff ideas.
• Implement HACCP standards and adhere to municipal hygiene regulations at all times.
• Provide consistent on‑the‑job training for culinary colleagues and promote health & safety practices.

Required profile

• Completed professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputable establishments with strong Italian culinary expertise.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven track record in food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong, fair leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and under pressure.
