Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who treats tools as means to an end, focusing on foundational mastery of data flow, logic structuring, and web fundamentals. You will bridge backend services and frontend experiences, maintaining high‑traffic systems while building new products from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy products within a microservices architecture with emphasis on performance and production‑grade stability.
• Create seamless integrations between backend logic and frontend interfaces, anticipating and resolving integration challenges.
• Own end‑to‑end product development, from code to production, collaborating with product stakeholders and proposing simple technical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on software engineering experience with code shipped to production.
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals, understanding of data structures, performance, memory and scalability considerations.
• Experience using AI‑augmented workflows (e.g., Cursor, large language models) to accelerate refactoring, debugging, and boilerplate generation.
• Proficiency with relational databases, efficient SQL, and modular component architecture design.
• Ability to decompose large, ambiguous business problems into manageable microservices and logical structures.
