Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer who treats tools as means to an end, focusing on deep understanding of data flow, logic structuring, and web fundamentals. You will bridge robust backend services with seamless frontend experiences, maintaining high‑traffic systems while building new products from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy products within a microservices architecture, ensuring high performance and production‑grade stability.
• Create smooth integrations between backend logic and frontend interfaces, anticipating and resolving integration challenges.
• Own the full lifecycle of your code—from development through production—collaborating directly with product stakeholders and proposing simple, effective technical solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on software engineering experience with a proven record of shipping code to production.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and performance‑aware coding.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to accelerate refactoring, debugging, and boilerplate generation.
• Solid grasp of relational databases, efficient SQL, and modular component design.
• Demonstrated ability to decompose ambiguous business problems into clear technical microservices and logical structures.
