Site IT Manager – Lead IT Operations in Kurdistan

About the role

The Site IT Manager will lead all IT activities that support office and field operations across the Kurdistan region. This role ensures reliable, secure, and available technology services, covering infrastructure, networks, operational technology, field communications, mobility, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IT policies, processes, and controls aligned with corporate standards.
• Design, deploy, and operate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, CCTV, access control, radio, PAGA, and telephony.
• Manage incident response, forensic investigations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee IT staff, contractors, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, HSE, engineering, and third‑party vendors to enable safe and efficient production.
• Lead IT projects from planning through commissioning and ensure SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT teams in complex, field‑oriented environments.
• Strong understanding of corporate IT governance, compliance, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic IT roadmaps.
