Site IT Manager

About the role

The Site IT Manager leads and manages all IT activities that support office and field operations in the Kurdistan region. This role ensures reliable, secure, and available technology services across infrastructure, networks, operational technology, field communications, mobility, cybersecurity, cloud services, and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IT policies, processes, and controls to meet legislative and corporate requirements.
• Design, deploy, and operate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, CCTV, access control, radio, PAGA, and telephony.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup procedures, and data security across all environments.
• Coordinate IT projects from planning through commissioning, produce technical specifications, and manage RFPs and vendor selection.
• Lead incident response and forensic investigations for cybersecurity and IT incidents.
• Act as the primary liaison with operations, maintenance, HSE, engineering, and third‑party vendors.
• Manage IT staff, contractors, budgets, and compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT teams and managing complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT strategy execution, infrastructure design, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
