Service Advisor – Night Shift

About the role
The Service Advisor works the night shift as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop. You will receive service requests, document vehicle concerns, and coordinate repairs to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service reception area, capture their concerns and record vehicle details.
- Create and manage job cards, documenting required repairs, mileage, and service history.
- Explain recommended services, costs and timelines clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop controllers, technicians, parts and quality teams to ensure proper job execution.
- Monitor repair progress, provide status updates and obtain approvals for additional work.
- Verify parts availability and issue correct parts to avoid delays.
- Inspect completed work, prepare final invoices and hand over vehicles to customers.
- Maintain accurate records in the Autoline dealership system and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Handle complaints professionally and follow up post‑service to secure satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar after‑sales role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication abilities.
- Ability to coordinate between customers, technicians and parts departments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Autoline dealership management system.
