Senior Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and deliver value‑driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and management to shape the product roadmap and ensure successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in line with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements for upcoming sprints and releases.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Evaluate product progress, feature quality, and feedback to adjust priorities.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters, QA, and developers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Analyse performance data and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Support go‑to‑market planning, documentation, and product release coordination.
• Communicate roadmap updates, risks, and dependencies to management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and adaptable mindset.
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO or PSPO are a plus.
