Senior Product Manager

About the role

Rahal, the travel mini‑app within Iraq’s Super Qi ecosystem, is looking for a hands‑on Senior Product Manager to shape the end‑to‑end traveler experience. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, turning the company’s traveler‑first vision into intuitive, scalable OTA solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle: define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog aligned with strategy and traveler needs.
• Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria before each sprint.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design to guarantee timely, high‑quality releases and maintain sprint velocity.
• Champion the traveler’s perspective, reviewing UX/UI designs and ensuring simplicity, transparency, and reliability across search, booking, payment, and support flows.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and translate market insights into roadmap opportunities that improve NPS, conversion, and retention.
• Work closely with commercial, operations, and partnership teams to define and execute product releases and communicate progress across the organization.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or UX roles, preferably in the travel sector.
• Proven track record managing agile backlogs, writing user stories, and running Scrum ceremonies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, diagnose friction points, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and software QA processes.
