Senior Process Development Engineer

About the role

The Senior Process Development Engineer will lead projects that improve quality standards, process documentation, and operational efficiency within the Business Excellence department. This role focuses on analyzing existing workflows, identifying root causes of gaps, and implementing solutions that drive productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Document departmental policies, processes, and detailed workflow diagrams.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis and present findings to department heads.
• Ensure processes are interconnected, optimized, and aligned with other departments.
• Propose and adopt new technologies, tools, and ideas to enhance performance.
• Apply analytical and systems thinking to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecom Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to handle complex data analysis and use quality‑assurance audit tools.
• Experience in Business Process Analysis, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and SOP development.
• Good understanding of the ISP industry and its full business cycle.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
