Senior Marketing Associate

About the role

Rahal, the travel mini‑app within Iraq’s Super Qi ecosystem, is looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to own end‑to‑end campaign execution and drive top‑of‑funnel awareness. You will work closely with the wider marketing team, partners and on‑ground vendors to turn events and moments into timely marketing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns (promo constructs, co‑funded partner campaigns, seasonal pushes) from brief to post‑mortem.
• Manage offline initiatives, including field activations and promoter teams.
• Identify and act on real‑world events to create timely marketing activations.
• Develop innovative on‑ground tactics to increase app traffic and awareness.
• Coordinate social media content calendar aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
• Review growth and analytics initiatives to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with goals.
• Liaise with digital marketing and creative teams to keep campaigns consistent across channels.
• Maintain campaign trackers, budgets and timelines; flag risks and performance issues proactively.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of planning and executing multiple campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Strong exposure to offline and on‑ground marketing (activations, promotions, partner campaigns).
• Hands‑on experience running co‑funded or partner‑led campaigns with banks, telcos or brand partners.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, diagnose friction points and recommend improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; Arabic fluency required.
• Bias for action, thrives in ambiguity and puts the traveler at the centre of decisions.
