Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department and support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities. The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and align with the company’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily marketing activities and follow up on the marketing plan.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage social media content, publishing schedules, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Prepare brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners and other marketing materials.
• Liaise with designers, printing companies, agencies and suppliers.
• Organise exhibitions, events, product launches and promotional activities.
• Assist with market research and competitor monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Tele‑Sales, Geo‑Marketing and other departments to meet their marketing needs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports and maintain content calendars, campaign trackers and supplier records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, solar, construction or related industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Content creation skills and familiarity with AI tools.
