Senior Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

Medical Centers Iraq is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead its digital growth initiatives across Iraq. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on attracting, engaging and retaining patients through strategic online campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns (social media, search, email, display).
• Manage and refresh website and social media content to reflect brand and service updates.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and produce actionable reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align digital activities with patient acquisition and retention goals.
• Oversee digital branding efforts and coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or lead digital marketing role, preferably within healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced digital marketing certifications are a plus.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency and cultural awareness are highly beneficial.
