SAP Specialist

About the role

Al-Rafidain Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP Specialist to join its team in Baghdad. The role supports SAP operations, optimizes business processes and ensures effective use of SAP solutions across departments. It is a full-time, on-site position with six working days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and turn them into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP modules according to business needs.
• Support SAP implementation, customization and system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Provide technical and functional support to end users.
• Prepare reports and analyze system data to support management decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity and process compliance.
• Coordinate with departments to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Prepare user documentation and deliver SAP training when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems.
• Good understanding of SAP modules and ERP business processes.
• Practical experience in SAP configuration and functional support.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation, integration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience developing reports and improving business workflows.
