Salesperson – Advertising & Media Services

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Baghdad will represent DAMA’s advertising and media production services. The Salesperson will identify and qualify potential clients, present service offerings, and manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach through calls, meetings and presentations to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects in a CRM system and track progress.
• Prepare and deliver proposals in collaboration with production and creative teams.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Build and sustain relationships with existing clients, gathering requirements and coordinating internal resources.
• Report sales performance against targets and represent DAMA at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation experience, preferably in advertising, media or related industries.
• Strong client relationship management, prospecting and networking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of advertising and media production processes.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple leads and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Baghdad and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
