Sales Supervisor – Medical Representatives (Erbil)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a team of medical representatives in the Erbil region, driving sales performance, market penetration, and business growth for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, executing business plans, and identifying new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activities to meet agreed targets for assigned products.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate a high‑performing field sales team.
• Provide in‑field coaching, monitor performance, and manage individual development plans.
• Maintain visit plans, reports, and business communications to track team performance.
• Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
• Participate in setting realistic sales forecasts and adjust tactics as needed.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor actions, delivering timely feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and serve as a role model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector in Iraq.
• At least 2 years of experience in ophthalmology, dermatology, gynecology, GIT, or cardiovascular product lines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
