About the role

The Sales Specialist – GMA will drive sales growth and market expansion by managing distributor and key account relationships, executing trade marketing initiatives, and providing market insights. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop a career in sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, keeping them informed about product updates and innovations.
• Design and implement value‑creating initiatives with trade accounts to boost business growth and brand loyalty.
• Coordinate trade promotions, ensure POS material availability, and collaborate with marketing on promotional support.
• Visit projects and trade accounts to promote products, increase brand visibility, and penetrate new markets.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analyses to shape sales strategies and product positioning.
• Report market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to the Sales Supervisor and Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and mathematical abilities.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills and proactive decision‑making.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management capabilities.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
